Shirguls Mahadev's tales of bravery (popularily know as Birsu, Panjda, or Guga peer in sirmour or shimla) recounts that people of delhi were enthralled and amazed to see his vastness &
majesty as he went to Delhi with his huge manforce. He was imprisoned by Mughal emperor of that time because he was Frightened by Shirgul Mahadev's spiritual powers which was limited by leather shackles.
The king of Bagad, Guga peer helped him to get the freedom. The king of Bagad, Guga peer, was helped by Maa Bhagyani, working as a maid in the prison. For Shirgul Mahadev it was quite difficult to be freed from the confinement of Mughal emperors but got the same due to the help of Mata. In Delhi Maa Bhangayni is also know as Delhi Devi.
